Got to Get it Done

One of the projects we've been putting off was painting the railing out front. We think it had ben painted an eggshell or other off-white color but it needed to be repainted badly when we moved in and it just didn't get done.

Well, we decided that this is the time for outside projects- before it gets too hot in the summer and we retreat to the comfort of air conditioned splendor.

Here's a shot of painting in progress The difference is not as obvious in this picture as it was to us!

Of course, Katie wanted to help and with constant supervision she does a good job.

All done. Well, the first coat anyway. But art is never done- just abandoned.
